A great and tasty way to get your veggies in while grilling your favorite meats
Wash and slice the zucchini and squash into rounds at least 1/2 inch thick. Place them all into a large ziplock bag. Add Italian dressing and shake to coat the rounds. Let them sit for at least 10 minutes but no longer than an hour in the fridge to absorb the flavor of the dressing. You may want to lightly grease your grill racks so the veggies don't stick prior to heating up the grill. Once your grill is heated up, place your veggie rounds on the grill and let them cook for 3-5 minutes on each side. Watch them so that they don't burn! Enjoy!!
