Chicken and Veggie Subs

Introduction

For this recipe, go ahead and use your own favorite veggies.

Ingredients

1 Boneless chicken breast cut up
1 Red Pepper (cut up)
1 Green Pepper (cut up)
1/2 sweet vidalia onion (chopped)
cheese
chicken seasong (optional)
Sub rolls

Directions

Heat 1-2 tbls of oil in med.-sized pan. Add chicken, sprinkle with seasoning, and cook thoroughly. In the meantime, heat 1-2 tbls oil in a large skillet and saute veggies for 5 minutes.
We like to toast our subs under the broiler before we add the cooked ingredients. Then we place 2 slices of American cheese on top and place under the broiler just until the cheese melts.
